Using nfluence

nfluence provides agency services and a workspace where brands and adult creators can manage campaigns. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your account and have authority to represent any business you register. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, misuse private information or attempt unauthorized access.

Agency projects

Agency work is governed by the scope, deliverables, price, timing and any additional agreement accepted for that project. A general inquiry does not commit either party to a project. The listed brand audit is $250.

Campaign pricing

The platform fee is $299 per campaign, or $1,999 per year for the annual plan with up to three campaigns active at once. The annual plan includes one 30-day featured placement each subscription month. Creator compensation and optional placement charges are separate and are shown before payment. Featured placement is $2.99 for one day, $14.99 for seven days or $49.99 for 30 days. A gig listing is $49.99. You must review the final checkout total before paying.

Campaign commitments and creator payments

Brands are responsible for accurate briefs, lawful products, agreed compensation, shipping and timely review. Creators are responsible for meeting the agreed requirements, delivering their own authorized work and making required sponsorship disclosures. Content usage rights, revisions and posting obligations must be agreed in the campaign brief or a separate agreement. An application is not an acceptance or a guarantee of work.

A campaign status, approval or payment record is not a bank transfer. Payment details and responsibility must be agreed before work starts. A completed manual payment must be recorded with its amount and reference; nfluence does not claim that clicking approval automatically releases money. Annual plan and cancellation

The annual plan is a single $1,999 payment for 12 months of access. It does not renew automatically. Access continues through the paid period, subject to these terms. You can purchase another term after access expires. Contact support for billing or access help.

Billing corrections and refunds

Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, billing errors or a service that could not be provided. Refund terms disclosed for a specific project or checkout apply, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Featured placement that has already been delivered is not refundable solely because a campaign did not attract a particular result.

Content and conduct

You retain rights you hold in your content and grant nfluence permission to store and display it to the users authorized for your campaign. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. Private deliverables must not be shared outside the agreed audience without authorization. We may restrict misuse or remove content that violates these terms and will use reasonable judgment when handling reports.

Availability and expectations

No marketing result, creator response, reach or sales outcome is guaranteed unless expressly committed in a separate written agreement. Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights are unaffected.
