Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026. Contact: support@nfluenceagency.com.
Information you provide
We process contact details and project information submitted through the inquiry form; account and profile details; campaign briefs, applications and conversations; scheduling information; and files you upload. Public profile fields and published campaign details are visible to other visitors. Private account contact information and private deliverables are restricted to authorized users.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout and billing information. Card details are entered through Stripe’s payment interface; nfluence stores payment identifiers, amounts and statuses needed to reconcile billing. Manual creator-payment records contain the amount, reference and related campaign. Do not place card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in campaign messages or inquiry fields.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, operate accounts and campaigns, deliver messages and files, coordinate work, process billing, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host our public website. Supabase supports authentication, database records and file storage; Stripe supports payments; Formspree receives agency inquiries. These providers process information to deliver their services and may operate in countries other than your own. Their own privacy notices also explain their handling of information.
Local storage and measurement
Essential browser storage maintains authentication sessions and the current workspace view. First-party measurement records basic page/service actions and redacted application errors so we can understand reliability and inquiries. These events exclude entered inquiry text, passwords, card information and message contents. We do not add third-party advertising trackers through this policy.
Sharing
Brands and creators can see the campaign information and interactions needed to work together. We share information with service providers for the purposes above and when required by law or to address misuse. Publishing a profile or campaign makes the fields identified as public available to other visitors.
Retention and security
We retain information while needed to provide the services, handle disputes and maintain required business records. We use access controls and private storage for deliverables, but no online service can promise absolute security. Contact us to request removal of content or account data.
Your choices and requests
You can update profile details in your account and contact support to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records we are required to keep. Depending on where you live, additional rights or a right to complain to a privacy authority may apply. Deleting essential browser storage signs you out.
Children and changes
The campaign workspace is intended for adults, not children under 18. Contact support if a child’s information has been submitted. We will update this notice when our practices change and identify the revised effective date.
